Orders and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely through Stripe. An order is accepted when payment succeeds and confirmation is sent.

UK delivery

Delivery is free to UK addresses. We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1–2 working days and deliver within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations and returns

You may cancel an online order within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason, then return it within the following 14 days. Our voluntary 30-day returns policy may provide longer. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
