These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the sale of products by Marsdew Limited. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Landlord Direct Supplies® is a trading name of Marsdew Limited, registered in England and Wales, Company No. 13747843, VAT No. 473437084. Registered office: 33a Lindsay Road, Burnage, Manchester, United Kingdom, M19 2JE. You can contact us at info@landlorddirectsupplies.co.uk.

2. Definitions

"We," "us," and "our" refer to Marsdew Limited. "You" refers to the customer. "Goods" means the products you order from us. "Website" means our website operated under the Landlord Direct Supplies® brand.

3. Orders and contract

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy goods. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order or dispatch the goods, whichever happens first. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of VAT as indicated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.

5. Delivery

We will deliver goods to the address you provide. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.

6. Consumer cancellation rights

If you are a consumer buying online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us at info@landlorddirectsupplies.co.uk. You must return the goods in their original condition, and you are responsible for return postage unless the goods are faulty. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

7. Faulty goods and consumer rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If goods are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. These statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

8. Business customers

Where you buy as a business rather than a consumer, the consumer cancellation rights in section 6 do not apply. Returns for business customers are accepted at our discretion or where goods are faulty. Specific trade terms, account arrangements, or volume orders may be subject to a separate agreement.

9. Returns

To arrange a return, contact us at info@landlorddirectsupplies.co.uk. Goods should be returned unused and in their original packaging where possible. Refunds are issued using the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned goods.

10. Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by us where we breach these terms, but we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses such as loss of profit where you buy as a business. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Intellectual property

All content on our website, including the Landlord Direct Supplies® brand, logos, text, and images, is owned by or licensed to Marsdew Limited and may not be used without our permission.

12. Privacy

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you place an order is the version that applies.
